About Us
Sleaford Computer Centre is the latest base for Associate Computer Services Limited, Having entered into retail some six years ago with a small counter display at our Hadley Road premises, then on to our very small shop in Moneys Mill, through our extensive premises at 30 Boston Road, to a more compact facility at Unit 8 (left), we still provide the same service of supply, install, upgrade, repair and maintain PC's and associated equipment.
Over the years, since 1996, we like to think we have tailored our services to meet the demands of the local business and residential communities. Our business services are detailed more on our ACS website. whereas on this website you can get a more detailed appreciation of what we can supply and what services we can provide.
In common with many businesses in our market sector we have downsized, but we have tried to provide the same level of service that we did with a much larger workforce. The core elements of ACS are still the same and to continue to improve our service we are about to, or have already, implemented the following;
- Local pick up and return of PC’s for the workshop, for a small charge (£5-£15 depending on distance) – although it is much easier to get to us now and there are no parking issues like before!!
- More structured Home callouts in conjunction with fixit local
- Workshop staffed by experienced personnel charging a more realistic labour rate.
- Newsletter to keep our customers up to date with all the latest advances in the IT World and with Sleaford Computers.
- Members of a Large Office Products Buying Group (Integra Office Solutions Limited) and Specialist Computer Resellers Group (Brigantia), which gives us access to top quality suppliers and competitive prices over a vast range of IT products.
- Online 24/7 ordering of the products in stock in our shop, available for next day delivery from our buying group suppliers, or to a more detailed specification from our sister websites www.lindumpromotions.co.uk (personalized promotional goods) and www.cctvsentry.co.uk (selected Home and Business CCTV solutions at an affordable price). If you cannot see the product you want just email or call and we will do our best to source it quickly and at a competitive price.
